Family Calendar Display

Privacy policy

Effective October 18, 2026

What the calendar connection reads

After a household member signs in and grants access, the display reads the names, colors, and events of Google calendars selected for display. This is read-only access for showing calendar information on the household screen. The connection does not write to Google Calendar.

Where information is kept

The calendar connection is configured on the household's Home Screens installation, which runs on a Raspberry Pi. Calendar information and Google sign-in credentials used for this personally configured OAuth client remain on that local installation. This public website does not receive calendar events or sign-in credentials and has no account form or analytics.

Sharing and retention

Calendar information is displayed to people who can view the household screen or access the local Home Screens installation. It is not sold or used for advertising. Local calendar information and the Google connection can be removed in Home Screens. A household member can also revoke the connection in their Google Account permissions.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts these public information pages and may process ordinary web request information to deliver them. Visiting these pages does not connect a Google account.
